This place really lived up to expectations. We had the feed me menu. The food was delicious, good selection of wine and beer, the service was great and there was a vibe that was not pretentious. We are locals and will definitely be back! The only small suggestion is to make the green tea ice-cream a touch sweeter.

The reason why this restaurant that only serves sushi can be among the three hats is all thanks to the sushi chef&#39;s 25 years of experience in superb knife skills and craftsmanship. Compared with the gorgeous plating of creative Western food, the 13 sushi dishes throughout the process focus on restoring the most authentic taste of the best ingredients. The interior of the restaurant is also very simple, and the overall feeling is simple, but the price is the most affordable among the three hats. Make a reservation more than two months in advance just for the most exquisite sushi meal in Melbourne.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Will most definitely dine here again. The food was incredibly fresh and each dish was a great size to share.

Servers were lovely, cocktails and food were amazing and the overall look and feel of the place was 10/10. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed it!

Jan Chi is a great little find. Cosy, relaxed and intimate space. Attentive service and the food is fantastic. We had the &ldquo;Feed Me&rdquo; option and it didn&rsquo;t disappoint! Definitely check this place out!

It would be hard to upstage the very eclectic decor, but the menu range and the food quality manage to do so.  Furthermore, service is very friendly and efficient.  In all, an outstanding restaurant.
